Single Session (60 or 90 Minute)
Geared towards your needs! If you are getting ready for an event/sport/competition and need a recovery session. Or you been experiencing some achey pain that came out of no where, this is for you! 90 min sessions are suggested for total body requests! Sessions can include stretch therapy, cupping, active mobility, & soft tissue work.
Consult + Assessment (90 min)
Been to several doctors, therapists, etc and still don’t know what’s causing you pain? This session is geared towards a thorough total body assessment, both active & passive. The goal of this session is to determine what is the underlying root cause of pain based on joint deficiencies and muscular imbalances, treatment, and to devise a plan to move forward from there!
